Alegri has a successful year 2016 with now more than 650 employees, who utilize their vast
experience to successfully implement complex IT and business projects for
clients, which include around 80% of DAX 100 companies. Alegri was also the first company worldwide to deploy SAP S/4HANA Finance in a Microsoft Azure cloud.
The group's plans to extend its activities in being a full-service cloud provider. Alegri has also set the course to expand SAP services to all branch offices with the support of 24/7 operations services from its nearshore center in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
Alegri has won two new major clients for application management services (Microsoft, Java and SAP) from its nearshore center in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The group has also extended its operations services to offer 24/7 availability. To support the further growth of its nearsourcing business, Alegri and its local partner in Cluj-Napoca moved into new offices with more than 2,400 m2 floor space.
Alegri recorded revenue growth from all offices in Germany and won further important clients for its vast service offerings in IT consulting and operations. The first projects in cloud environments, complemented with services from its nearshore center, have successfully gone live. Alegri Personalservice GmbH, a newly founded business division, now manages all aspects of human resource services with the group.
Alegri has had a successful start in the 2013 fiscal year and recorded strong growth in both system management and mobile devices management projects. Development is currently underway for the first Windows 8 and Windows Phone apps. On March 1st, Alegri opened a new office in Mannheim, Germany, and welcomed its new colleagues to the team.
With the April 1st opening of a further new office in the harbor of Hamburg, Alegri has expanded its business activities to Northern Germany, where it will offer clients its complete service portfolio.
Alegri further strengthened
its SharePoint, SQL and Lync business and recorded a 20% growth rate in the
2012 fiscal year. Alegri was
distinguished as an SAP-Microsoft Unite Partner and ranked as one of
Microsoft’s top partners across its entire portfolio. Alegri doubled its
workforce in Switzerland and won many new key accounts. The company added a
nearshore entity in Romania to its R&D partnerships and successfully
integrated it into various projects
Alegri celebrates its 10-year company anniversary. The expansions have led to an overall employee number of 225. The products Microsoft Lync and Microsoft SQL Server are being pulled into a more detailed focus. The company's branches in Stuttgart and Cologne develop disproportionately to their location. More and more clients are added to the customer base. In Switzerland, Alegri AG is founded and the headquarters are located at Dufourstrasse in Zurich. More offices are occupied at the Shottenring in Vienna. Turnover and revenue break any previous records. In Germany, all individual organizations are combined into one. Finally, in London, all business activity is ceased due to the bleak economic conditions.
Alegri International Group starts the year with about 150 employees, and is consistently establishing and structuring existing branches. Office Communication Server is added to the product portfolio. An office is introduced in Aarau, Switzerland.
The branch in London is introduced. The office space of 1.200m2 at Insbruckerring 15 in Munich is obtained. In Wiesbaden, the office moves to Insterburger Straße 16 in Frankfurt with 600m2, and in Stuttgart the location is changed from Curiestraße 2 to the Meitner Straße 10, with 200m2 office space. The number of employees is now more than 130. The office in Ratingen moves to Cologne. Alegri is named as Aligned Partner of Microsoft Germany.
The branch in Stuttgart with Alegri International SüdWest GmbH is founded. There are now 90 employees. In London, the first few projects are successful and a new branch is opened in Ratingen.
The business activity is expanded in the corporate group. The employee number is now 75. With SharePoint Server 2007, there are more possibilities in the Document Management area. There is a special focus on the FDA Compliance topic, which leads to one of the first large Pharma Document Management Projects that becomes successful.
The branch in Wiesbaden with Alegri International Rhein-Main GmbH is founded. The employee number has now reached 58. More large and important clients are added to the customer base.
In January, the office building at Rablstraße 26 is occupied. The office space grows to 500m2. In Munich, there are now 45 employees. CRM Consulting and Business Consulting are added to the portfolio.
The employee number is now more than 26, and the first important projects in the Rhein-Main area are successful. The portfolio is revised, and the EU project management team in Vienna is sold. The product APS Alegri Portfolio Management System is created and delivered to its first clients. Through this project management, the integration of the project server into selling process is successful.
More clients are convinced by Alegri's successes so far, and there are now 18 employees working for Alegri. The portfolio now contains EU project management, and the first office in Vienna is opened. The first Microsoft SharePoint 2003 and Microsoft Project Center platforms are successfully installed for clients. Alegri is now named as a Gold Certified Partner.
The first 8 employees begin work in January. The TÜV Süddeutschland, the HypoVereinsbank and the ADAC are examples of Alegri's first clients. Towards the end of the year, 4 more employees join the company.
The Name "Alegri" is chosen. It stems from Allegria (Italian for joy), and demonstrates the fun in working. The company Alegri International Service GmbH is registered as a GmbH on 1st September 2001. In December, the company occupies its first office space at Orleonsplatz 2 in Munich, with about 120m2 office space.
